What an amazing weekend we had at our Recreational Club displays & summer fete!
Our general gymnasts worked so hard up to the weekend preparing display routines which they all performed beautifully. The performed a mixture of dance, acrobatics, floor skills and for some apparatus and rhythmic too! They also all got to show off their skills on the apparatus and the floor to our amazing supportive friends and families.
Our advanced gymnasts also spent many weeks preparing for their competition which ran alongside this. They took part in tumbling, trampetting, and group acro routines, many of which had been created by the gymnasts themselves! They all performed amazingly and the hard work definitely paid off.
As part of our summer fete running outside the gym we had some of our wonderful competition squad gymnasts & also our cheerleading squads performing their routines for everyone! It was lovely to bring the whole club together at one event showcasing their talents and commitment.
Overall the event was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without all the help and support of everyone that volunteered and also everyone that came along to support!
