Wow! what an amazing competition the “Spelthorne Acro Cup†has become. Organised over 3 days with National and International Great Britain squad members taking part alongside hundreds of gymnasts from across the country. Falcon was proud to be part of this outstanding competition and without exception all our gymnasts performed beyond their coaches’ expectations.
Special mention must go to our Grade 5 Mixed pairs, Evie & Kayden, who performed two sensational routines to claim the Gold Medal. Many Congratulations to you both.
Since we initiated changes to our competition squad, Falcon has been blown away by the results and it was very gratifying to see the senior coaches shine, having helped make these changes.
Falcon took a team of 7 partnerships made up of 2 x women’s pairs, 3 x trios and 2 x mixed pairs.
Paula and Tia represented Falcon on the judging panel during the competition and we would like to thank them for their time and commitment.
The club is so proud of the dedication and commitment from the gymnasts, and the help and support from all the parents involved.
The future now looks bright, and with hard work and a desire to raise the bar Falcon will go from strength to strength.
