Second major Cheer competition in less than a month and Falcon’s Cheer squad is on a roll! This event is a major National Cheerleading opportunity for the best clubs in the country to gather and show their skills and expertise across various age ranges.
Falcon’s Cheer squad was in action against 9 other clubs across our two competing teams. Their sense of fun and enjoyment coupled with high precision lifts and tumbles was dynamic and exciting to watch. The standard of Cheerleading, as you would expect at such an important event, was outstanding and a joy to watch. I’m so proud of our junior team who had an amazing time and a great competition. I am also very pleased to announce Falcon Cheer’s Senior team came 2nd and feel compelled to thank our squad coach, Kieran and his team who have worked so hard with all of these talented and fantastic athletes over the last 3-4 months, and of course congratulations to all our brilliant athletes!
The squad will now have a little time to rest and re-group before building up to the end of term Showcase on 15th July, where I hope to see the squad perform to all their parents and other coaches across Falcon – well done everyone. Â
